To all our clients:

Elite Equine Veterinary Services will be closing for business as of April 1, 2016.

All of us here at EEVS want to thank you for your past business and tell you how much we have enjoyed having you as a client. It has been a great pleasure to get to know and treat so many horses over the last twenty years, and we thank all of you for that opportunity.

To that end, if you would like any copies of your horse’s medical records with us, please email our office (office@eliteequinevets.com) and we will try and accommodate all requests within 4-6 weeks.

If your horse is currently on medication or you have been ordering medication through our online pharmacy, this will remain open until December 31, 2016 for your refill needs. After this time, you will need to have all medication prescriptions provided by your new Veterinarian.

Even though our practice will be closing as of April 1, we will still maintain our office address for bill payments. Please make arrangements to have your bills paid in full within 90 days. Outstanding balances over 90 days will be sent to collections.

Though she will no longer be based in Southern California, Dr. Ouellette will still be available for consultation on a case by case basis and will be happy to continue to review pre purchase exams and radiographs taken from out of state or overseas. Please email sylvia@eliteequinevets.com for more information.

We wish all of our clients the very best in their future endeavors. Dr. Ouellette is very excited to be joining the Oakhurst Equine Veterinary practice in Oregon, even though she will miss the lovely Southern California coastline and weather!

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.
